1. Order Processing Time

      - All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
      - During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.), processing may take an additional 2–3 days.
      - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery     

      - We ship across India via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or DTDC.

      Estimated delivery time:
              - Metro cities: 3–5 business days
              - Other locations: 5–10 business days
       
      You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

      - Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.     

4. International Shipping
     - Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

       - Once shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link or AWB number provided via email or Whatsapp.
       - If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
